Anjanae Hassell
Anjanae Hassell is a dancer at heart. She plans to enter the entertainment industry as a professional dancer and choreographer of multicultural dance and to eventually open her own dance studio that will include a dance program for children with special needs. Dance is Anjanae’s passion, particularly hip-hop and krump. Her college goals are to challenge herself to learn other cultures and styles of dance performance and to either earn a double major or minor in Business or Spanish.
While at Eastlake High School, as well as in dance programs outside of school, Anjanae has shown strong determination and work ethic. She belongs to seven dance teams, one of which won a medal at Hip Hop International.
Accomplishments in community service include performing with her dance teams at the Black College Expo in San Diego and Los Angeles and performing for benefits like Dance for a Cure.
